Laminating Film

Our complete line of laminating films include hot laminating film and cold laminating film. Hot laminating film include pouch film, roll film and BOPP thermal film. Cold laminating film include general coldlaminating film, UV protected cold laminating film, cold film with different patterns and double side adhesive tape.

Hot laminating film

Hot laminating film is constructed PET+EVA. The film thickness is varied from 38mic to 250mic. Pouch film and roll film are all available in glossy, matte, color, sticky-back conditions. With the special technology, our film is anti-static.

Pouch film is put two films right together and one end of the film is sealed by heat. Insert a paper that you want to laminate into the pouch and feed it into the machine, you will get beautiful and durable document quickly and easily.

l Size: from ID (54x86mm) to A1 (625x900mm), special sizes are available also.

l Thickness: up to 250mic.

l Type: glossy, matt, color, sticky-back, punched, etc.

l Standard packing: 100 pouches in a poly-bag, then in paper box with shrink wrapping.

The outer packing is strong packing carton. Special packing is also available.

Roll film is ideal for large size applications and large quantity of processing. Combined with the roll laminator, you can process either the single-side or double-side lamination.

l Size: with max width up to 1300mm

l Thickness: up to 250mic.

l Type: glossy, matte, color, adhesive back, etc.

l Standard packing: each roll in a poly-bag, then in strong packing carton.

l Core size: 25mm(1”), 57mm(2.25”) and 76mm(3”) optional

BOPP Thermal film is constructed BOPP and low melt copolymer adhesive. It is suitable for various kinds of magazines, picture books, boxes, and printing items. It can prevent dirty, wet, tear from the laminated product, and prolong the life of products.

l Sizes: with max. width up 1320mm; length varied from 200m to 3000m per roll.

l Thickness: 24mic to 32mic

l Melting temperature: from 90 to 105℃

l Type: glossy and matt

l Standard packing: each roll in a poly-bag, then in strong packing carton.

l Core size: 25mm(1''), 57mm(2.25'') and 76mm(3'') optional

Cold laminating film

Cold laminating film is your best option when laminating heat-sensitive documents or photos. We can supply many types of cold laminating film to fit a variety of applications.

General cold laminating film

l Provides basic protection against moisture, dust, abrasion, chemical. And solvent resistance.

l Suitable for indoor or short time outdoor applications

l 90 gsm liner, single side PE coating.

UV protected cold laminating film

l Special UV film helps protect photos, inkjet prints and other digital graphics from UV.

l Add image resistance to fading.
